With heavy rain forecast, inspections are due at Limerick and Naas racecourse ahead of weekend fixtures at the venues.
Saturday's meeting at Greenmount Park will have to pass an 8am inspection on Friday if it is to go ahead.
While the course is currently raceable, officials are concerned by the prospect of further rain.
