Faugheen remains engaged in the Bar One Racing Hatton's Grace Hurdle on Sunday, but stablemate Annie Power will not feature in the Fairyhouse contest.
The former, who has been sidelined by injury since January, is one of six horses from the Mullins yard still in contention for the Grade One over two and a half miles.
Faugheen missed the Morgiana Hurdle at Punchestown last weekend due to a foot bruise.
Annie Power was also absent from the Morgiana after she "worked bad" last week, with Mullins having now taken her out of the equation for the Hatton's Grace.
The County Carlow handler is still likely to be strongly represented, with star mare Vroum Vroum Mag, Clondaw Warrior, Nichols Canyon, Shaneshill and Whiteout also in the frame.
In-form Gordon Elliott could rely upon Dedigout and Apple's Jade, who finished a staying-on second in the Fighting Fifth Hurdle at Newcastle on Saturday.
The Noel Meade-trained Monksland and Joseph O'Brien's Ivanovich Gorbatov are also on the 10-strong list.
