Frederik Tylicki is aware Speedy Boarding needs to take her form to another level to beat Minding in Sunday's Sea The Stars Pretty Polly Stakes.

The James Fanshawe-trained filly landed a Group Two at Saint-Cloud on her last outing, proving she can handle the travel.

That was her best display to date, but Tylicki knows that the 1000 Guineas and Oaks winner Minding will be even tougher to crack at the Curragh this weekend.

"I was delighted with her (at Saint-Cloud). She's a very laid-back filly and we're all happy, she's come out of her last race good," the German-born jockey told At The Races.

"Last year she was big but hadn't filled out so it was good the owners and the guv'nor gave her all the time she needed as that was the making of her.

"Minding is obviously high-quality but I wouldn't swap mine.

"It's a step up and she has to improve but she's going the right way, you couldn't be happier with her."

Aidan O'Brien's Minding is a prohibitive 2/7 in the betting for the Group One, with Koora and Speedy Boarding battling it out for second-favouritism
