Trainer Adrian Keatley is considering a transatlantic voyage with Jet Setting following her thrilling victory in the Irish 1,000 Guineas at the Curragh on Sunday.

Snapped up for the bargain-basement price of just 12,000 guineas last October, the daughter of Fast Company has proved the shrewdest of acquisitions.

After winning a Cork maiden and a Group Three at Leopardstown, Jet Setting was ninth in the 1000 Guineas at Newmarket, but raised her game to emphatically reverse form with Minding at the Curragh.

The Coronation Stakes at Royal Ascot is her likely next port of call, but connections already have one eye on the autumn, with races in America and in Canada on Jet Setting's agenda.

Keatley said: "There's not a bother on her after the race - she's in great form.

"It was an unbelievable day and I don't think there was any fluke about it. The best filly on the day won.

"Ascot is the next option and if there's an an ease in the ground she'll run there - even good ground would be fine.

"We'll take it one race at a time, but even before Sunday we were looking at possibly taking her to America later in the year.

"There's the Flower Bowl Invitational at Belmont and a couple of weeks later there's the EP Taylor up at Woodbine.

"David Wachman ran Curvy in both races last year and it was something we've had in mind for a while as you can get some juice in the ground out there at that time of the year."
