John Gosden's unbeaten So Mi Dar heads a field of seven in the Tattersalls Musidora Stakes at York on Wednesday.

The key Investec Oaks trial was hand-picked by Gosden immediately after she beat the colts in the Derby Trial at Epsom, form which has been franked in recent days by Humphrey Bogart at Lingfield and Viren's Army at Chester.

Mark Johnston's Fireglow outran her odds in the 1000 Guineas by finishing fourth, the first filly home not trained by Aidan O'Brien, and she steps up in trip to mile and a quarter.

O'Brien runs Best In The World, a Listed winner last year but only fourth on her return in the Salsabil Stakes at Navan.

Saeed bin Suroor is represented by Promising Run, winner of the Rockfel Stakes last term but saddled with a 4lb penalty at York for that triumph.

David Elsworth caused one of the shocks of the season at York last year with Arabian Queen, and her half-sister Australian Queen is a runner, as is Mick Channon's Harlequeen, second to Gosden's Linguistic on her comeback in a sales race at Newmarket.

The field is completed by the Richard Hannon-trained Light Up Our World.
