The bad weather is continuing to play havoc with the racing schedule in Britain after fixtures at Fakenham were abandoned.
Ground conditions caused Tuesday's card at Fakenham to go by the wayside.
A waterlogged track at Newcastle put pay to Newcastle's scheduled card on Wednesday.
Officials had been due to inspect the track at 12pm on Monday but have made an earlier decision following a further 11 millimetres of rain over the weekend. The course is reported to be waterlogged in places with further rain a possibility.
Thursday's meeting at Leicester will have to pass an 8am inspection on Tuesday if it is to go ahead. Both the chase and hurdles tracks are reported to be waterlogged in places following seven millimetres of rain overnight.
Further rain is a possibility ahead of the meeting so officials will make a full assessment on their prospects on Tuesday.
