Ainippe's participation in tomorrow's Coolmore Fairy Bridge Stakes will hinge on the ground at Tipperary.
Ger Lyons' charge has been making hay at Group Three level this term, winning the Ballyogan Stakes at the Curragh in June before adding the Brownstown Stakes at Fairyhouse in July.
She is due to line up in this Group Three heat over seven furlongs but David Redvers, racing manager for owner Qatar Racing, stressed the ground will be crucial to her challenge.
He said: "It will depend on the ground but if it comes up soft or heavy, we'll probably give it a miss.
"It looks like it might go beyond her, but if it doesn't we'd be expecting her to run another big race.
"Ger is keen to run but we wouldn't want to run her on on soft ground and if it comes up that way, we will look at the Park Stakes at Doncaster next month for her."
Last year's race winner Tested heads the opposition for Dermot Weld, who also fields Stormfly.
Newsletter finished behind Ainippe in the Ballyogan tries her luck again while Laviniad beat Tested in a Listed event at the Galway Festival and is in the mix for Willie Mullins.
Kevin Ryan's Calypso Beat is the only British-trained runner, with Corail, Military Angel, Steip Amach and Tamadhor completing the 10-strong field.
A good card also features the return of the Mick Halford-trained Tonkinese in the €40,000 Irish Stallion Farms European Breeders Fund Premier Nursery Handicap.
The Godolphin-owned colt was last seen finishing down the field at Royal Ascot, but had previously looked useful when third to Air Force Blue on his debut and then winning at Leopardstown.
Whiskey Sour (Edward Lynam) and Corstorphine (John Oxx) are just two of those likely to give the Halford runner something to think about.
In My Pocket was far from disgraced when pitched into Listed company at Cork and faces a slightly easier assignment in the Follow Tipperary Races On Facebook Race.
Rivers Of Babylon has also kept good company so she might be his chief rival.
The fixture starts at 4.35pm with the Camas Park Stud EBF Maiden, and A Year To Remember is an interesting newcomer from Ballydoyle.
His Co Tipperary stable companion Sea Of Blue didn't perform too badly at Galway and will fancy her chances in the Follow @TipperaryRaces On Twitter Apprentice Handicap.
Mulkeyya and Perfect Fit set the standard in the Buy Tickets Online @TipperaryRaces.ie Maiden, while a competitive field has been assembled for the Meadowview Stables Handicap, with Dawn Mirage, Aimhirgin Lass and Johann Bach all arriving on the back of wins, while Reckless Lad and Roter Baron are also in good form.
