Progressive three-year-old Home Of The Brave bids for a second success over his elders when he lines up for the Betfred Hungerford Stakes at Newbury on Saturday.

Hugo Palmer's colt, who captured the scalp of proven Group One performer Gordon Lord Byron in the Group Three Minstrel Stakes at the Curragh last month, is among a field of 16 declared for the Group Two over seven furlongs.

One-time Classic hope Richard Pankhurst is set to have his first race for 420 days. The son of Raven's Pass, trained by John Gosden, looked a colt full of potential when winning the Chesham Stakes at Royal Ascot in June 2014 and was subsequently bought by Godolphin.

Godolphin also have Safety Check, but Toormore is on course for the Prix Jacques le Marois at Deauville along with Estidhkaar.

Toomore's trainer Richard Hannon now looks to Coulsty and Tupi, while Breton Rock will try to repeat last year's victory for trainer David Simcock.

The rest of the British brigade are Cable Bay, Heaven's Guest, Here Comes When, Lincoln, That Is The Spirit, Windfast, Adaay, Limato and Markaz.

French hopeful, the Rod Collet-trained Majestic Mount, also takes his chance.

There will be no Irish representation after Ger Lyons withdrew Convergence and Ainippe, with War Envoy taken out by Aidan O'Brien.
