Davy Condon has decided not to appeal against the 15-day suspension and £3,150 fine handed to him by the Ascot stewards on Saturday.
The officials ruled he had used his whip above the permitted level from the second-last when winning The Ladbroke on the Gordon Elliott-trained Bayan.
It was Condon's third ride back after he suffered career-threatening injuries in a horror fall at Cork in August when he fractured three vertebrae in the middle of his back.
