Tapestry, who floored Taghrooda in the Yorkshire Oaks, drops down to a mile for the Coolmore Fastnet Rock Matron Stakes at Leopardstown on Saturday.

Aidan O'Brien's filly had disappointed earlier in the season, but she bounced back in tremendous style to defeat the unbeaten Investec Oaks and King George winner over a mile and a half at York.

O'Brien also saddles Palace in the Matron on Irish Champions Weekend, for which a field of 10 has been declared.

The Clive Brittain-trained Rizeena, winner of the Coronation Stakes at Royal Ascot where Tapestry was only sixth, is one of two British challengers along with Mick Channon's Wee Jean.

There is one French raider in the shape of Alex Pantall's Kenhope while the list is completed by Fiesolana, Purr Along, Tobann, Wannabe Better and Flying Jib.
