Trainer Jim Bolger and jockey Kevin Manning were the big winners at the annual Tipperary Crystal Curragh Racing Awards on Monday evening.
Bolger and Manning teamed up to win three races on the opening day of the season at Irish racing's Flat headquarters and took Ireland's major Flat race, the Dubai Duty Free Irish Derby, with Trading Leather.
They were rewarded with awards for training and riding performances of the year.
Aidan and Joseph O'Brien were the leading trainer and jockey, with Aidan saddling 34 winners throughout the season and Joseph riding 30 to victory.
Willie McCreery picked up a Special Merit Award for the exploits of his mare Fiesolana, who won five times this year including the Group Two Challenge Stakes at Newmarket, while David and Sabena Power accepted a similar award for the performances of their sprinter, Slade Power, who won two of the big sprints at the County Kildare venue.
The event was staged in association with Kildare Village who hosted at their L'Officina restaurant.
