Captain Cee Bee could be headed for another crack at the Morgiana Hurdle at Punchestown next month after he rolled back the years at Tipperary on Sunday.

The JP McManus-owned 12-year-old completed back-to-back victories in the Grade Two Friends Of Tipperary Hurdle in facile fashion over Midnight Game.

Trainer Eddie Harty reported the veteran to be in fine shape on Monday and will look at the Punchestown Grade One in which he was runner-up to Hurricane Fly 12 months ago.

"He's perfect and delighted with himself. He's amazing and was very good yesterday, I thought," said Harty.

"We haven't sat down and thrashed it out yet. The next one we'll probably enter him for given the space thing and the lack of alternatives is the Morgiana.

"We'll give him an entry in that and see what's in it and take it from there. He was second in it last year.

"Beyond that we haven't given it a thought. He's getting on in years. He showed yesterday none of the old fire is gone, but we'll take it race by race.

"When it gets to the stage where it's getting to hurt a bit then you'll have to stop again. Everything's fine at the moment."
