Thursday's meeting at Killarney has been given the green light after Turf Club officials inspected the course.
Wednesday's card at the Kerry track had to be abandoned due to waterlogging (transferred to Tuesday, 4 September), but there has been sufficient improvement for day two of their four-day meeting to go ahead.
Officials were due to check on conditions at 8am, but have been able to make a decision earlier than anticipated.
The ground is heavy, soft to heavy in places.
