Astrology looked a smart colt when making all the running to take the Stobart Barristers Dee Stakes for Aidan O’Brien at Chester.
Uriah Heep was the first beaten with half a mile to run but no horse got close enough to mount a challenge as the 11-10 fav, ridden by Joseph O'Brien, galloped all the way to the line to win by 11 lengths. Oxford Charley was second and Kingsdesire third.
The winning rider said: "We went a good gallop the whole way, he was in front a long time and he was idling a bit. but he stayed on all the way to the line."
