George Washington will start next to hot favourite Bernardini after the pair were drawn in stalls four and three for Saturday's Breeders' Cup Classic at Churchill Downs.
The Aidan O'Brien-trained George Washington, who will be trying the ten-furlong trip and the dirt surface for a first time, will start on the outside of the market leader.
Lava Man, another well-fancied contender from the Doug O'Neill yard, will be in stall eight while general second favourite Invasor will start from 11.
Brian Meehan's British raider David Junior was drawn in seven while stable companion Red Rocks will break from nine in the mile-and-a-half Breeders' Cup Turf.
O'Brien's Scorpion also landed a favourable position in the Turf with Mick Kinane's mount due to start from stall four.
Ed Dunlop's Ouija Board's was drawn in gate two of ten in the Filly & Mare Turf.
The ultra-competitive Mile race saw Jeremy Noseda's Araafa and Godolphin's Echo Of Light draw gates three and six respectively.
Godolphin's second string Librettist did not fare so well and he will start from stall 13 with only O'Brien's Aussie Rules on his outside.
The other Ballydoyle runner Ad Valorem also landed an unfavourable spot in stall one on the rails while Ivan Denisovich failed to make the field for the 14-runner race.
