Frankie Dettori finally got off the mark at Royal Ascot this year with victory on Sander Camillo in the first race of day four, the Albany Stakes.
Always handy and leading two furlongs out, the Jeremy Noseda-trained 4-1 favourite went on to take the Albany Stakes in good style.
She defeated Silk Blossom (7-1) by a length and a half, with Scarlet Runner (20-1) another half-length away third and The Queen's runner Medley fourth.
Dettori had his mount smartly away from stall seven to snatch a position near the stands rail.
His main danger appeared to be Sander Camillo's stable companion Bahama Mama but she was a spent force a furlong out and it was left to Silk Blossom and Scarlet Runner to run on for the placings.
Dettori celebrated his first winner of the meeting by delighting the crowd with his trademark flying dismount.
