Henderson's celebrations continued as he and Fitzgerald completed a double when Tysou (6-1) delivered a knockout blow for the first time in almost two years.
The eight-year-old stayed on in great style to take the Jenny Mould Memorial Handicap by two lengths from Tribal Dispute, who ran on strongly from off the pace, with long-time leader Bleu Superbe fading in to third.
Henderson said: "I think someone up there likes me today. We had three fallers yesterday - at least we are now starting to get them round."
"This horse won four for the Million In Mind Partnership, but although he's done nothing wrong for us, he hasn't managed to get his head in front for almost two years."
"He just creeps up the handicap when he runs a good race, and then goes back down again gradually."
"He's a genuine Grand Annual type of horse and he's been given a wonderful ride - as much as one expects from Mick."
"I'm pleased for the horse, because he deserves it and he's had his doubters and detractors."
