The Turf Club are unlikely to decide until early next week what their next move will be regarding the Davids Lad affair after the horse's owners won a stay against his 42-day ban at the High Court in Dublin.
Legal advisers for the Turf Club were today studying the affidavit lodged by Edward Moran, agent for Davids Lad's owners the Eddie Joe's syndicate.
If the Turf Club delay their response it would give Davids Lad the chance to run at Cheltenham next Wednesday as part of his preparation for the Martell Cognac Grand National.
