Prize money for the Punchestown Festival, which takes place from Tuesday April 29 to Friday May 2, will top €1.5 million, maintaining the Festival's position as the richest National Hunt Festival meeting in Ireland.
BMW, Heineken, IAWS and Emo Oil are the four main sponsors for the 2003 Punchestown Irish National Hunt Festival.
Commenting on the news Punchestown's Dick O'Sullivan said: "We are delighted to receive such tremendous support from all our sponsors. The increases in prizemoney together with the introduction of new races and racecourse facilities ensures that the Punchestown Festival remains the highlight of the National Hunt Season in Ireland".
