John Murtagh has had his two-day suspension, imposed at the Curragh earlier this month, reduced to one day following a Turf Club appeal.
Murtagh's appeal was dimissed but his good record was taken into account by the Appeals and Referrals Committee and the punishment was halved. Murtagh's ban will take effect on Thursday October 24.
