Pizarro survived a stewards enquiry to secure the only Irish win on the second day of this year's Cheltenham Festival. Edward O'Grady's five-year-old, ridden by flat jockey Jamie Spencer, got the better of well-backed favourite Rhinestone Cowboy in a tremendous finish to the Wetherbys Champion Bumper.
Winning trained O'Grady was also responsible for the third placed horse Back In Front. Alexander Milenium, who was second favourite and strongly tipped for the race finished unplaced.
