Cheltenham fever has already begun two months in advance, as all badges and tickets for the Gold Cup have already sold out. Badges and tickets for all enclosures - the Club, Tattersalls and Courage Best - on the first two days are still available. The National Hunt festival, held over three days on 12, 13 and 14 March, is all-ticket.
