A High Court hearing of jockey Michael Kinane's injunction against the Irish Turf Club has been adjourned until August 22.
The jockey secured the ride on Aidan O'Brien's Galileo at the 11th-hour after a dash to the High Court 15 days ago resulted in him being granted an injunction against a two-day ban ruling him out of the King George VI And Queen Elizabeth Diamond Stakes at Ascot.
Kinane had earlier in the day failed in his bid to get the suspension - picked up at Leopardstown last month - overturned at appeal.
