Punters suffered a setback when the 4-9 favourite Shah Jehan was surprisingly beaten by Dressed To Thrill in the Listed Flame Of Tara Tyros Stakes at the Curragh this afternoon. Aidan O'Brien's US4.4 million purchase was unable to cope with the run of the Dermot Weld-trained Dressed To Thrill on the outside in the hands of Pat Smullen.
"There is a lot of improvement in this well-bred filly, a daughter of Danehill and the Classic winner Trusted Partner. She idled in front, and will be back here running for the sponsors in the Moyglare Stud Stakes in September," said Weld.
