The presence of Ross Moff in the novice chase adds spice to an otherwise mundane eight race card at Thurles tomorrow, with the action getting underway at 1.45pm. Tony Martin's charge was one of the leading novice hurdlers last term, and has taken well to fences, which has included an effortless success at Leopardstown.
The 2 mile 6 furlong handicap hurdle has been divided to provide the extra race, with Rattothetattat and Rosswellan each-way prospects respectively in competitive events. Klohho and Bondi Storm appear the principals in the 2m 6f amateur riders maiden hurdle, with the latter narrowly preferred.
What An Answer may appreciate the step up in trip in the 3m mares novice chase, and is taken to reverse previous placings with Why Bother. The bumper is one of many races on the card with a maximum turnout of 18, and the Pat Fahy-trained That's The Goose gets the vote over Inch Supreme.
