Today's race meeting at the Curragh has been cancelled after the track was deemed unraceable after constant rain yesterday and more rain today. As the track is completely waterlogged, the stewards had no option but to abandon the meeting altogether. However,the Navan meeting seems to have beaten off the challenge off the weather and results of an early inspection this morning auger well, pending another inspection tomorrow morning at 7am. The going is currently heavy.
