Munster have moved into the quarter-finals by the narrowest of margins as they hang on to beat La Rochelle by one point to take the 25-24 victory. And they did it the hard way as they looked to be in control before a sloppy yellow card made them have to work to hold onto their slender lead. And it all came down to a clever drop-goal from Jack Crowley to make it an eight-point game late on making the home side need two scores to win it. They got one but just could not force another and Ronan O'Gara's two-time champions are out as Munster march on to face the winners of Bordeaux and Ulster.
