Marchant reacts by throwing Bleuler into the advertising hoardings, causing a fracas before he starts shoving Crowley who tells him where to go with some unparliamentary language.

Referee Luke Pearce calls the captains together and tells Munster that he's reversing the scrum and penalising them.

That's poor reading of the game from the referee.
