Usually Leinster have to do without their big internationals for the opening rounds of the season, but the IRFU have given the provinces a bit more wiggle room this year.
It means Leinster can include Garry Ringrose, James Ryan and Jamie Osborne in their starting side, with all three having played both Tests of the tour of South Africa in the summer.
Jamison Gibson-Parkand Jack Conan are also available to go from Round 1 this season, after they missed the summer internationals.
New signing Rabah Slimani is in line to make his debut off the bench, while Cian Healy is set to match Devin Toner's record of 280 appearances for the province.
