China have been forced to make a late change to their men's gymnastic team after 2004 pommel horse gold medallist Teng Haibin injured his arm, according to reports on Chinese website Sohu.

The defending Olympic champions in the team event have called up Guo Weiyang to replace Teng ahead of the men's competition which begins on Saturday.

Teng's left forearm was heavily strapped during podium training at the North Greenwich Arena on Wednesday with the 27-year-old struggling on his specialist piece, the pommel horse.
