Irish showjumper Denis Lynch, whose horse 'Lantinus' tested positive at the Olympic Games in Hong Kong, had his FEI hearing this afternoon.
The result of that hearing, which finished at 5pm this evening, is that the international equestrian federation will issue a provisional judgment on Monday, which will outline if Lynch is to continue to be suspended before they issue the final judgement.
Afterwards, Lynch seemed satisfied with how the hearing went.
'I am very happy with the way things went,' he said. 'I was able to put my case fully and I believe I received a fair hearing.'
