A number of issues have arisen since the Irish boxing team's arrival in Beijing.
The five-strong team of Ken Egan, Darren Sutherland, Paddy Barnes, John Joe Nevin and John Joe Joyce trained at the Ditan gym in the city late last night.
However, they are unhappy about the journey time it takes to reach the venue and so have decided not to train there again.
As there is no alternative, the team must now complete their final preparations within the compounds of the Olympic Village.
Added to this is the fact that their Olympic issue (Asics) singlets were late arriving.
It is understood there was a backlog in clearing customs at Beijing Airport .
The team have each recieved three full sets of boxing singlets ahead and were kitted out by an OCI repersentative in the village this evening.
The draw for boxing takes place at 11am (local time) on Friday with action due to commence at the Workers' Arena on Saturday.
