Day 8 in Tokyo sees the Irish contingent compete across four sports.

Gary O'Reilly will be in action first on the H5 road race, while Niamh McCarthy goes in the discus.

Three of our swimmers, including gold medallist Ellen Keane, Barry McClements and Roisin Ni Riain have their respective heats just after 2am, with the finals starting from 10.32am for those who make it.

Shooter Phil Eaglesham starts his event at 3.30am.
