Róisín Ní Ríain has finished sixth in the final of the SM13 200m individual medley at the Paralympic Games.
Ní Riain came home in fifth in her heat earlier on Monday morning to progress and produced a very respectable performance in a high-quality final.
Italy's Carlotta Gilli won gold in a new world record time.
The Limerick 16-year-old has already competed in the finals of S13 100m backstroke, the 100m butterfly and the 400m freestyle.
She is is Ireland's youngest competitor at the Games.
"I'm pretty disappointed," she said afterwards. "I'd have liked to have swam faster. The breaststroke I think I need to work on. It's great to be a part of a final like that, especially when a world record is broken."
