Kildare’s Sean Baldwin failed in his attempt to qualify for the R1 10m Rifle Standing final at the Olympic Shooting Centre in Rio.
The Kildare man recorded a total score of 598.9 and finished 19th out of 43 competitors, with only the top eight progressing to the final.
Baldwin however, can still look forward to the R3 Mixed 10m Rifle Prone Qualifier on Saturday.
