Cyclist Cathal Miller will carry the Irish flag at tonight's opening ceremony, Paralympics Ireland have confirmed.

The 43-year-old from Dublin will race on the track in the C5 one-kilometre time trial and 4km individual pursuit and on the road in the time trial and road race.

The arm amputee will be competing in his second Paralympic Games after three top-10 finishes in Beijing.
