It was a case of deja vu for Tipperary trainer Jennifer O'Donnell as The Other Kobe emulated his brilliant litter brother, Born Warrior by racing to BoyleSports Irish Greyhound Derby Derby glory at Shelbourne on Saturday night.
The Other Kobe produced a scorching run in 29.11 to take the title and claim the €125,000 prize in front of a packed crowd.
It was another famous night for the O’Donnell family after Born Warrior claimed the Derby last year.
Jennifer is the daughter of three-time Derby-winning trainer Matt O'Donnell, while her mother Frances claimed Derby victory a decade ago with Skywalker Puma.
