Arthur Gaskin and Madeleine Perry secured the resspective titles in the finals of the Senior Squash Championships at Fitzwilliam LTC in Dublin.
The women's final saw 14-time Irish Champion and world number 14 Perry beat Sligo's Aisling Blake 3-0 in a very convincing display.
In the men's final, an all-Carlow affair saw Irish number one Arthur Gaskin take on and beat his old club mate Brian Byrne.
Byrne is now based in Claremorris, while Gaskin is a full-time professional based in New York and it turned into an intriguing contest.
With the match at 1-1 and Byrne 8-5 up in the third, Gaskin rallied and took control to win the vital game before winning the fourth 11 - 4 to close out the match and win his third Irish Championship in four years.
