Ireland's Alex Dunne dropped to fifth in the Formula Two standings after a ninth-placed finish in Budapest, on Sunday.
Dunne (Rodin Motorsport) was second in the sprint race on Saturday, coming home behind Josep Maria Marti (Campos) in a ding-dong climax.
Dunne, 19, was ninth on the grid on Sunday but could not muster a challenge to make the podium, as the Italian Leonardo Fornaroli earned victory for Invicta Racing.
Fornaroli produced a superb drive, overcoming a five-second time penalty to lead home an Ivicta one-two ahead of teammate Roman Stanek. Jak Crawford (DAMS) was third.
Fornaroli leads the overall all standings on 154 points with four events to go. Crawford is his closest challenger on 137 points, with Dunne fifth on 124 points.
They will next head to Monza from 5 to 7 September.
