James Roe claimed his best result to date in the Indy NXT series with a fourth-place finish at the Firestone Music City Grand Prix on the streets of Nashville, Tennessee on Sunday.
The Kildare native, driving for the Andretti Autosport team, is in his second season in the feeder series which is the final rung on the ladder towards the prestigious IndyCar Series.
In an attritional street race won by Indy NXT championship leader Christian Rasmussen of Denmark, Roe stayed out of trouble to finish just outside the podium places.
All out for 35 laps on the Streets of Nashville.
