Jack Kennedy has become the most successful rider in British Supersport Championship history by claiming his fourth title at Snetterton on Sunday.

The Dubliner, a back-to-back champion 2018 and 2019, and again in 2021, won the feature race for his 13th victory of the season with the Mar-Train Racing Yamaha racer fending off a strong challenge from Appleyard Macadam's Bradley Perie.

Just over half a second covered the leading four riders at the end of the second lap with Perie leading the way, before Kennedy hit the front on lap four. The pair continued to swap places with Kennedy leading on the final lap before winning by 1.4 seconds.

Kennedy began the new season with victory at Silverstone back in April and his success at the weekend enures the title with three rounds still remaining.
