Andrea Dovizioso extended Ducati Team's 100 per cent record at the Red Bull Ring in Spielberg as he passed Marc Marquez on the final corner to win the Austrian Grand Prix on Sunday.

Pole-sitter Marquez and Dovizioso had gone wheel to wheel since the very first turn - with their squabbles seeing them drop down the pack on the first lap before recovering through the race.

Dovizioso took the lead on lap seven only for Marquez to blast by on his Repsol Honda moments later, and they swapped places again before Marquez moved ahead three laps from the finish, only to be pipped at the death by his rival.

Marquez still retains a healthy advantage over Dovizioso in the MotoGP world standings, however, 58 points clear of the second-placed man.
