Jonathan Rea extended his advantage at the top of the World Superbikes championship standings by winning race two at Laguna Seca and completing a double in California.
As he did in race one, the Northern Irishman finished ahead of Chaz Davies to further increase his lead over the fellow Brit in the overall standings to 75 points.
Fellow Irishman Eugene Laverty (Aprilia) finished third to secure his first podium finish of 2018, having initially led in the early stages before being passed by Kawaski rider Rea.
Defending champion Rea has now won three of the previous four races and half of the 16 that have taken place this season.
He passed Lavery with 18 laps remaining and finished five seconds ahead of Davies' Ducati.
Rea is aiming to win a fourth successive title and equal record holder Carl Fogarty, who won four during the 1990s
