Dubliner Michael Devanney has been confirmed as Team Ireland's A1 Grand Prix main driver for the 2006-2007 season.
Devanney who was reserve driver in the inagural championsiup replaces Ralph Firman.
Kildare's John O'Hara who is currently racing in the Asian Fourmla 3 series will be the teams official test and reserve driver.
The new A1 Grand Prix season gets underrway at Zantvoort in Holland on Sunday October 1.
