Jaguar are poised to part company with team principal Niki Lauda, according to reports from the BBC.
The former Formula One world drivers' champion only took up the position in August 2001. But despite his appointment and hefty backing from Ford, the team could only finishing seventh overall this year. The team subsequently replaced drivers Eddie Irvine and Pedro de la Rosa with Mark Webber and Antonio Pizzonia for 2003 but it looks like more changes are imminent at the troubled Ford-owned outfit.
Jaguar are due to hold a news conference on Tuesday, when Lauda's future is expected to be clarified.
