Charlie Donnelly, from Naas, has been selected as Irish motorsport's "Young Racing Driver of the Month" for September. 18-year-old Donnelly, who started his motorsport career in karts, qualifies to be a finalist in the "Young Racing Driver of the Year" award scheme which is worth a package of £25,000 to the ultimate winner later this year.
Donnelly joins Alan Dwyer (May), Michael Devaney (June), Richard Faulkner (July) and Paul Sammin (August) who have already qualified as finalists.
