The Mayo ladies team will now take part in this year’s TG4 All-Ireland Senior Football Championship.
Following appeals heard late on Wednesday night, the Central Council of the Ladies Gaelic Football Association overwhelmingly voted that the Mayo Ladies County Board must enter a team into this year's Championship.
The appeal was lodged by a number of clubs in Mayo and the county will now play Kerry in the qualifiers.
Procedures were agreed for the immediate appointment of a senior manager.
