An efficient second-half showing from Mayo saw them punish a wasteful London side as they were crowned Allianz Hurling League Division 3 champions.
Ray Larkin's men came from behind to outscore London 0-10 to 0-03 in the second half as London’s poor shooting saw them register no less than 19 wides overall.
The scoring opened after four minutes as Paul Kennedy helped London land the first blow, the Exiles bringing confidence into the decider having enjoyed a 100% win record to that point.
Despite their dominance early on, Neil Rogers' charges found themselves passing up opportunities to put some early daylight between the sides as they hit five wides inside the first 10 minutes.
At the other end, Liam Lavin was the first man in Mayo colours to register a score when he pointed in the 11th minute.
Despite tying up the game, Mayo were still unable to find any rhythm while in possession and were punished when Conor O’Carroll found the net for London in the 17th minute when he reacted quickest to the ball breaking loose.

Mayo and London then traded points with scores from Ballyhaunis clubman Jason Coyne and Kennedy grabbing his second of the game.
Mayo would close the gap to just a point thanks to a free from Shane Boland and a Sean Kenny point, but Kennedy, who was London’s most influential threat in the first half, split the posts once more to break up that Mayo momentum and it was a two-point game once more.
After frees from David Devine and London captain Sean Glynn, the Exiles were the happier side at the end of a physical yet low-scoring first half as they led 1-05 to 0-04.
Mayo were quickest out of the traps after the restart as Cormac Phillips nailed a free between the posts and by the 10th minute of the second half they found themselves level after a quickfire double from Lavin and another Boland score.
Boland would quickly do the business in front of the posts again as he put Mayo ahead for the first time with a free in the 48th minute.

Devine instantly replied for London but with 10 minutes to go, Mayo found themselves two up thanks to scores from Boland and Eoin Delaney.
With the finishing line in sight, Mayo had the lead and they were doing all they could to put the game beyond the Exiles’ reach. Time wasn’t on London’s side. Further scores from Boland and Lavin put Mayo four up just before the board went up for additional time.
Devine, who was the only London scorer in the second half, converted a free bang on 70 minutes and despite a late rally, London were unable to find anything else to show for their efforts as Mayo held on to claim back-to-back league titles having won Division 3A in 2024.
