Sunday's London senior hurling final between Robert Emmetts and Brothers Pearse has been postponed while ongoing procedures issues are being investigated.

The game was scheduled to take place at McGovern Park in Ruislip at 3pm. This year's decider sees the 2021 winners Robert Emmetts up against a Brothers Pearse outfit who were champions in 2020.

A statement from London GAA on social media read: "Due to ongoing disciplinary procedures, the McAleer & Rushe Senior Hurling Championship final fixed for McGovern Park on Sunday 15 October is postponed.

"Further updates to follow."
