Kerry SHC final: Causeway 2-15 Ballyduff 0-16

Causeway are Garvey's SuperValu Kerry senior hurling champions after a 2-15 to 0-16 victory over Ballyduff at Austin Stack Park.

The first half of this battle of the north Kerry clubs ebbed and flowed, with Ballyduff moving a brace of points clear on two occasions.

Colum Harty's goal for Causeway helped move them into a four-point lead at the break but a Podge Boyle free had the gap back to the minimum by the 42nd minute.

Both sides kept the scoreboard ticking over, and it was only when Brandon Barrett slotted home Causeway's second goal that they finally shook off the Ballyduff challenge.

The victory marks their ninth title overall, and just their second in this century.
